PADI Rescue Diver Course

The PADI Rescue Diver course teaches you techniques to avoid and manage problems and improve your confidence as a diver. During the course you'll become a better buddy by enhancing your ability to identify potential problems and by practicing dive emergency protocol. This course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills.

Prerequisite
  • 12 years or older

  • Adventure Diver/Junior  Adventure Diver (or qualifying certification) with completed Underwater Navigation Dive

  • EFR Primary and Secondary Care training (or qualifying training) within 24 months

It's your course on your time. Study offline, or online using a computer or mobile device.

Complete the PADI Diver Theory class online and you can then complete the 2 days diving part of the course with us at Kota Kinabalu.

  1. Return boat transfer: Jesselton Point jetty – Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park  - Jesselton Point jetty.

  2. Full scuba diving equipments: Buoyancy Control Device (BCD), fins, mask, snorkel, regulator, wetsuit,  tanks, weight belt and weights.

  3. Ala carte lunch at island’s restaurant.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Items and services that are not listed are excluded from the package price. These include land transportation, lunch during classroom session, extra food on the island, soft drinks, personal insurance, etc.

  2. We have the right to rearrange the order of a tour itinerary, as well as to substitute and cancel sections of a plan without notice when the need arises. This may happen, for example, when weather conditions  make such changes mandatory. Apart from this, our tours are pre-arranged and cannot be modified to fit any type of individual changes.

  3. All payment made are non refundable.

  4. All participants must fill and sign PADI Medical Statement, PADI Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding and PADI Liability Release/Assumption of Risk/Non-Agency Acknowledgement Form during registration.
